AEMET has issued a weather forecast for the region of Andalucía on Spain´s Costa del Sol
The weekend weather forecast for Andalucía has been published today, Thursday, November 24, by AEMET, The Spanish State Meteorological Agency.
The agency report states that the weather will continue to be inclement on Friday, November 25, but temperatures are expected to rise a few degrees on Saturday.
No rain is forecast for the region but is expected across isolated points in the north. Aemet also expects temperatures to drop at night.
An Aemet spokesman, Rubén del Campo, explained that this Friday the weather fronts will recede across the Mediterranean, and in their wake, they will leave stormy showers in the Balearic Islands and some rain in the eastern half of the Peninsula that will decrease throughout the day.
Weekend weather
Regarding Saturday and Sunday, the spokesperson expects a few clouds in the sky, although a new front will arrive on Sunday that will cause rain showers.
However, in general, the weekend will be marked by a cold front that initiates rain in Galicia on Sunday. In general, it points to a weekend with slightly cloudy and sunny skies, with areas of fog inland, especially on the northern plateau where the atmosphere will be cold throughout the day.
