These temperature and health checks are currently only in force for third countries outside the Schengen area, since they were removed since June 2 for travelers from EU countries, who could enter Spain without undergoing any checks or presenting any document (test or vaccination certificate) ).
A number of third countries (Bahrain, Chile, Colombia, Indonesia, Kuwait, New Zealand, Peru, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay and China) were also exempted from controls. Now the scheme will be extended to all countries, including travelers arriving from the US, Latin America, Africa or Asia.
In other words, the requirement to have an EU-recognized vaccination certificate is no longer required, and it is enough to show a negative test.
