A four vehicles pile-up on the A7 in Fuengirola in the direction of Malaga has created massive traffic jams
The accident, which is causing large traffic delays, occurred around 2:15 p.m. on Friday, January 13.
Malaga Traffic Management Center reported the collision that occurred at kilómetro 1017 and has caused 7 kilometres of traffic to build up stretching to La Cala de Mijas. At the moment, the number of injured is unknown.
Four cars were involved the collision, one of them overturned and remains on the hard shoulder. The 112 emergency services call centre received up to a dozen calls from other drivers who were driving in the area at that time. Callers warned that a collision had occurred and that there could be people trapped in their vehicles.
