Artists for the 62nd Cueva de Nerja Festival announced

New artists appearing at the 62nd Cueva de Nerja Festival are, Raphael, María José Llergó, Diana Navarro and the Musical by Tadeo Jones

The President of the Cueva de Nerja Foundation and Subdelegate of the Government, Javier Salas, have presented the 62nd Cueva de Nerja Festival, which will be held from June in the outer gardens of the cave, in an edition that -this year- It will extend throughout the entire summer season.

In addition to the artists already revealed, new shows will be added, such as the voice of the international Raphael, on Friday, August 4; the winner of a Goya and a Latin Grammy, María José Llergo, on Friday, July 14; Diana Navarro from Málaga –accompanied by Cristina Ramos, rock and opera singer, and the Málaga Symphony Orchestra-, on Saturday, July 8; and the Musical “Tadeo Jones. The Emerald Table ”, on Sunday, July 2.

The 62nd Cueva de Nerja Festival extends throughout the summer with great concerts, which position it as a benchmark in the festival agenda on the Costa del Sol.

This event, organized by the Cueva de Nerja Foundation and Grupo Mundo, already consolidated in the Spanish musical offer, is committed this edition to a diverse line-up that includes prominent artists from the national and international scene.

2022 marked the return of the Cueva de Nerja Festival, an annual event that had stopped in 2020 and 2021 due to the crisis caused by Covid-19. The 61st edition was a great success, with the assistance of more than 10,000 people and a digital community of 6 million people. In addition, it meant the creation of 250 direct jobs. It was the first time that the festival was held entirely outside the cave. It will be repeated this year in the same format, which it is expected to exceed the figures of the previous edition.

The 62nd Cueva de Nerja Festival will extend its calendar of great concerts like never before to become an international reference in the festival agenda of the Costa del Sol. An event organized by the Cueva de Nerja Foundation and Grupo Mundo, already consolidated in the musical offer Spanish, this edition bets on a diverse poster that includes prominent artists from the national and international scene.
