The superyacht ‘Lady Moura’ owned by Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego since 2021 is visiting the port of Malaga

The Lady Moura, also known as ‘the ship of the golden letters’, has arrived at the port of Malaga and docked at pier number one in the megayacht marina’s facilities.

The ship is expected to stay for several days in Malaga’s waters. This is not the first time Lady Moura has visited, as she was last here in July 2022. It is considered one of the most remarkable private pleasure boats globally and is ranked tenth among yachts with the highest construction cost.

The owner paid 210 million dollars for this 105-meter superyacht in 1990, and it currently holds the 53rd position in the world ranking of ships of its kind in terms of size.

Ricardo Salinas Pliego purchased it from Saudi tycoon Nasser Al-Rashid in 2021 for $125 million. The Lady Moura was constructed by the German shipyards Blohm & Boss, located in Hamburg, and its interior was designed by specialist Luigi Sturchio.

With seven decks, the Lady Moura has 15 en-suite cabins that can accommodate up to 30 guests, in addition to various other spaces. With a heliport that houses a Sikorsky helicopter and a swimming pool with a retractable roof, this private pleasure boat that also has an operating room is crewed by 60 people, double the number of passengers it can board.

With Cannes, Palma de Mallorca and Monaco as its main ports of call, this superyacht, in its already long career, has had two significant remodellings, one in 2007 and another, the last, in 2017; some jobs that according to specialists in the sector have revalued it very considerably.
