The event, which is held from Tuesday to Thursday at the Malaga Trade Fair Palace, brings together a total of 581 international experts under the motto “Next is now” who will share their strategies, knowledge and success stories of the application of disruptive technologies to different industries.
In total, there will be more than 270 hours of presentations in a detailed content agenda, where the keys to developing new business models in the Banking, Commerce, Industry, Mobility, Health, Energy or Tourism sectors will be given.

Its profitability, the opportunities it provides, and the challenges it entails in industries such as marketing, human resources, mobility, or even in the world of SMEs or public administration are issues that will be discussed in this edition of DES 2023.

Names of the calibre of Vala Afshar, a globally renowned “digital evangelist” who highlights AI as the key to progress; Nina Schick, an expert in Generative AI and advisor to US President Joe Biden; Shelly Palmer, Co-Founder of Metacademy and considered one of the most recognized voices in technology; Ben Hammersley, editor of the technology magazine Wired UK and creator of the term “podcast”; and Jerome C. In the same way, DES has recognized the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, as City Partner 2023 for the digitization task that the city is carrying out with the aim of saving the lives of its citizens in the context of the conflict with Russia. Thus, the summit will receive a Ukrainian delegation headed by Oleg Polovynko, CIO of the Kyiv City Council, who will explain the technological strategies that are followed by the Ukrainian capital in order to prevent threats with just a mobile application.
According to the organization’s forecasts, more than 16,000 professionals will attend the seventh Digital Enterprise Show technology forum (DES 2023) from June 13 to 15, which will be held for the second consecutive year in Malaga.
This forum was attended last year by former US President Barack Obama, because, despite being “a technological event, a figure from a different field was chosen, but with relevance, to talk about his experiences regarding his conception of the digital transformation”, affirmed yesterday the director of the DES, Sandra Infante. On this occasion they have decided to “work with speakers at the highest level in the technology sector, very relevant people within the sector and highly reputable voices,” she added.
